| Purpose of the meeting The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will hold its regular meeting with its executive staff. At this meeting, it will also consider final action on nine proposed regulatory actions. Proposed actions to be considered include: updating chapters 3 VAC 5-20, 3 VAC 5-30, 3 VAC 5-40, 3 VAC 5-50, 3 VAC 5-60, and 3 VAC 5-70 as a result of periodic review; gourmet oyster house requirements; infusion of distilled spirits by mixed beverage licensees; and proration of license fee for businesses destroyed by natural disaster. | |||||||||||||
