Reason for Extension:
DMAS is requesting this emergency regulation be extended until September 17, 2021 for the following reason: This extension is required in order to continue to apply the Alternative Benefit Program that was approved by CMS to describe the benefits available to individuals covered through Medicaid expansion.
This emergency extension request was approved by the Governor's office on 3/12/2021.
