arrest of woman buying water

i am curious how the case turned out concerning the woman buying a case of water....i understand there were 6 armed agents involved...personally i think you were traveling lightly...i dont understand why you did not call in swat to take her down...i feel that underage peeps buying water is way out of hand and it could lead to the downfall of our beloved nation...i thank god everytime i lay down that you peeps are on the job...i mean without you peeps might be buying and drinking water at their very leisure...glad to see that the peeps of va are protected and can sleep soundly at night...in case you have not noticed there is a slight tone of sarcasm in my post....how big of an black box are you to do this?....its just another example of a group of barney fife wannabees out of control...i wonder what would have happened if she did buy beer...would you have shot her on the spot?....

A. To maintain certification, drinking water laboratories shall comply with the reporting requirements set out in the VDH-ODW regulations specified as follows:

1. Compliance, monitoring, and exceedances, 12VAC5-590-530.

2. Public notices, 12VAC5-590-540.

B. Drinking water laboratories shall report the results of analyses to the VDH-ODW within three days of completion unless 12VAC5-590-530 or 12VAC5-590-540 requires a different time limit.

COMMENT:

In Section 1VAC30-41-190 Reporting requirements, references to 12VAC5-590-540 should be deleted.  The Virginia Department of Health Office of Drinking Water Waterworks Regulations in 12VAC5-590-540 contains the requirements for public notification which only pertains to waterworks owners.  Certified drinking water laboratories are not responsible for complying with 12VAC5-590-540.
