Schools are for academic teaching and community building. Activities that focus on service will break down any prejudice walls that may be in this next generation. But the more time and focus that is put on race will backfire and cause our youth to focus on race instead of the person. Please remember the importance of the "content of character" that Dr Martin Luther King Jr spoke of. The pendulum is swinging way too far on this. Schools should have a strong foundation and push on math, reading, and writing.
