I would like to request that the North Fork of the Shenandoah River (NFSR) be included in the updating of water quality standards for this triennial review.  If it is not already, the NFSR should be included as an evaluated waterway of the Commonwealth and included in the Clean Water Act Report and on the 303(d) list.  The NFSR should have a TMDL and other water quality standards necessary for permitting, monitoring and assessment.   If there is a need for public input and cooperation, I offer my services should they be deemed useful.  Contact me at your convenience.  Kevin Whalen
