I use many of the rivers in Virginia affected by pollution, including the Potomac River, the Shenandoah River, and the James River.  My primary uses are sport fishing and boating.  I use the above-referenced rivers and other that are affected by pollution many times throughout the year.

I fully support Virginia's State Water Control Board actions to development and enforce requirements for end-users of poultry waste to ensure that such waste is used in a manner that protects water quality  and eliminates nutrient runoff for the reasons given by  Mr. Jeff Kelbe, Mr. John Holmes, and others who have already provided comments to the State of Virginia on this issue.
