I fish the Shenandoah and Potomac rivers.  I believe that the poultry waste has a serious deleterious effect on the health of the river and perhaps on the health of people who use the river. This also impacts the health of the Chesapeake Bay and likely has contributed to the pollution in the Bay with subsequent enormous economic consequences.
 
I strongly support pending regulations to monitor and control this pollution.
