Please Support Regulation for Poultry Waste

Brian Randolph, 11048 Saffold Way, Reston, VA 20190

I am an angler on the Shenandoah River and downstream Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay.  I am a member of the Tidal Potomac Fly Rodders group, and the Federation of Fly Fishers.  I am concerned about the effects that pollution in the Shenandoah has not only in the immediate vicinity but also downstream closer to my home.  I believe that pollution in the Shenandoah is a major contributor to fish kills, where vast numbers of fish die for no apparent reason.  The poultry waste from the valley has a large impact on the surrounding valley and the downstream watersheds as well.  Please regulate this practice that is harmful to so much of the east coast's waters all the way to the Chesapeake Bay.

Sincerely,  Brian Randolph
