I am in complete support of this document. The world is changing - cultural, technologically, scientifically. Today people are allowed to express themselves in ways not possible just a few decades ago. And in the same way that people were allowed to express their religion, and their love (by allowing interracial and gay marriage), people should be allowed to express their gender in ways that does not directly impact others. Yes, people will claim their Freedom of Religion to say their rights are being impinged, but they are not actively being impeded; it's simply that the mere presence of someone whose choice they disagree with offends them, and there are no rights against being offended. And finally, people get so focused on freedom of speech and religion and the 2nd amendment that they often forget the Ninth Amendment: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
