Please leave your agenda at home, Lawmakers. The government-funded school system should not be promoting an agenda that is contrary to the laws of God and nature. Virginia children should not be exposed to teaching that leads them to question their gender identity. Children are not in school to celebrate their identity. They are going to school to learn the essential skills to move into adulthood, and to prepare to work and provide for themselves and their future families. Life skills are important to teach, as well as the teaching of ethics. If instruction in morality cannot be given because of "separation of church and state," how can you justify teaching something as personal as how one identifies themselves with regard to gender. Alternative lifestyle instruction has no place in the educational system. Perhaps you should consider teaching children how to protect themselves from human predators who would steal their innocence, and perhaps their very lives, if they think they can get away with it. And while I'm commenting, let me be clear, any child harmed by your educational policies should have every means of legal redress for harm incurred under your laws passed in the Va House and Senate. My lawsuit, should my child be harmed, would include each one of you by name. Again, I repeat, leave your personal agendas at home, Lawmakers. You have no right to push your personal agenda in Virginia's schools.
