My name is Alexander M. Clarke, Jr., and I live at 1210 Hollins Road, Richmond, VA 23229 and I am a member of the Old Dominion Smallmouth Club.  I fish for smallmouth bass on a number of rivers in Virginia and am very concerned about the recent fish kills on the James and Shenandoah Rivers.  I support any and all legislation that would restrict the use of poultry manure as a fertilizer.  Please feel free to contact me if you need anything more in the way of e-signatures, etc.
