Wearing masks should be a personal health decision based on informed consent.  I am concerned when the Government mandates health decisions as this can set a dangerous precedent in prescribing a "one size fits all" approach to limiting the spread of disease.  The masks hinder productivity when working outdoors and reduce the intake of oxygen.  Therefore, I oppose any effort such as this one in which the Government mandates personal health decisions.
