I am a big fan of science and data. Looking at all the data, it appears that wearing masks mitigates the spread of this virus. If this is what we must do to keep life moving, then it is a no brainer. Wear masks. This is not rocket science, but it is science.

We wear pants and shirts. We do not roam around naked in public, even though there are those who prefer to be “au natural.” We create exceptions when necessary, like for breast-feeding mothers.

People who believe that their “civil liberties are being trampled“ by having to wear a mask are un-American. This country was built upon sacrifices. If the current times call for mask-wearing to protect and save lives, then that is the right thing to do.
