If you do not wear a mask, you display your cavalier disregard for others. It is a choice now, because ADULTS should be wise and MATURE ENOUGH to understand why it is important. 

The fact that we are now facing a mandate proves that SOME ADULTS IN VA ARE NOT WISE, ETHICAL, MORAL, OR MATURE.
