Masks and Schools reopening in the fall

Schools should be allowed to reopen for 5 days a week face to face instruction as normal in the fall.  There needs to be a choice given to everyone who would like to return as normal or opt out for virtual learning if they choose.  If a waiver is needed for those to return so be it. I will gladly sign a waiver so my child can return to a school environment that is with their teachers and classmates as normal. This also should allow for masks everywhere not only in schools to be a CHOICE. This is not something that should be imposed on anyone as mandatory.  Children need to be welcomed back in the fall by their teachers and classmates smiling faces not to be covered by a mask.  We owe it to our children to allow everyone to choose what is best for their family.  If you allow this to happen, the results will speak for themselves.  Let’s get back to reality. This has been overblown for far too long.  Any longer will only increase the damage being done by lack of education and social interaction that we all need, especially children.  The negative consequences of not reopening schools normally far outweigh the any concern of this virus.
