Why are the last ten words of Section 90 C. at the very end needed or put forth in this manner? Is it the hope of the DOLI to use social media to investigate infection control concerns. 

Overall a lot of the regulations listed we have been practicing to protect our people. Its a symbiotic relationship in that they need employment and we need all of their collective skills to be successful. We have an open line of communication but there is always potentially a person who can instigate a situation without due process. There is so much unfiltered, unchecked information on social media disbursed and how can promoting that in these regulations help the overall safety of workers?

At minimum someone should have to notify a reasonable concern to their employer, an agent, coworkers or an agency prior to a public format.
