Please receive this email as a strong encouragement for you to vote in favor of the  Safety and Health Codes Board's Emergency Temporary Standard/Emergency Regulation 16 VAC 25-220.

All workers in the Commonwealth need enforceable regulations to protect their own health and the public at large; especially during this pandemic season we are reminded of how absolutely essential such regulations are for the well-being of all.  These emergent, common-sense regulations are crucial for protecting both critical workers, their friends and families, and the vibrant business community of Virginia.  

I urge you to pass the regulations on June 24, 2020, to prevent further damage to the health of workers and the public in response to this emergency.
