I agree with this recommendation and feel it needs to go to all employers. (I have family working in the factory setting, small business and higher education and have seen their frustration with no standard set of rules and guidelines and no one seeming to take proactive steps to prevent exposure and illness). I think also, it is needed to have daily temperature checks for all  employees arriving for work to prevent potential exposures to other and a standard for a decision whether it is safe for that employee to work with others.
