I believe that all current regulations, regarding firearms in State Forests, should be amended to reflect what is generally legal throughout the rest of the Commonwealth.  This should include the allowing of concealed carry of firearms by those who possess a valid Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) and the open carry of firearms by any law-abiding citizen who is 18 years of age or older.
