I would hope that our legislatures view CCW owners as responsible citizens when in town, Federal Parks and Forests, and State Parks and Forests.  These are the people who have gone through lengthy background checks and have been certified as such by our State Police.  CCW holders know that if they step over the line they will loose the permits that they have spent many hours of classroom and range training not to mention the cost outlay that is involved.
