Abortion centers are either unable or unwilling to self-regulate.  The abortion industry has fought regulation for years, yet independent inspectors repeatedly find serious deficiencies, even during announced inspections.  This demonstrates the necessity of maintaining and enforcing, not weakening, abortion center regulations.
