Women's health center regulations are essential for the health and safety of Virginia women and must be maintained and enforced, not weakened.  The industry offering women's health services, including abortions, has fought regulation for years, yet repeatedly independent inspectors find serious deficiencies, even during announced inspections.  These centers should not able to self-regulate. Furthermore, since these centers frequently operate under the the guise of healthcare centers, when abortion is the predominant service offered, these  centers must adhere to the regulatory standards of other healthcare facilities. Simply, Virginia women deserve nothing less.
