Abortion center regulations are essential for the health and safety of Virginia women and should be strengthened, not weakened.  Since the procedure of an abortion is considered women's healthcare, abortion centers should adhere to the same regulatory standards as other outpatient/day surgery healthcare facilities.  It is wrong to allow abortion facilities to operate under a lesser standard of care.  Please ensure the health and safety of all women by requiring the same standard.
