Hospitals usually will not perform abortions on live babies but always "aborts" miscarriages.  It is safer in a sterile environment. Why if a doctor will not send a patient to a clinic for a miscarriage but will for an abortion?

Your health inspection reports find numerous problems each time.  Why would we send women to an un-inspected location?
