Abortion facilities do not provide health care.  They assist women to kill their own children.  They do not ever pretend to cure or prevent any known disease.  However, since the abortion industry continues to style itself as health care, it must abide by the same rules as any other out-patient surgical facility.  Strengthen and enforce the current rules.  Do not weaken them.
