Dear Board members,
I implore you to resist any and all changes to the regulations of abortion facilities that are unnecessary and politically motivated. Please make determinations based on common sense. Women don't need wider hallways, more water fountains, numerous visits before the procedure, numerous, ultrasounds, etc.
Abortions are safe and rather simple procedures when performed in our clinics. Abortions will always be needed for MANY personal reasons. Reasons that women and their doctors can decide. Please don't cave to a group of loud, self-righteous religious zealots. Their ONLY interest is to close the clinics, to force women to have children they don't want, can't or won't care for. Children with severe mental and or physical problems.
Thank you for your consideration. I know you realize how important your decisions are. And I hope your actions will reflect on the needs of Virginia's women.
