Children need to be treated with respect and Positive Reinforcement should be the name of the game. Restraint and Seclusion will not only NOT work, but will foster a culture of bullying against already fragile, vulnerable children. Think about the child and not what is most convenient for the teacher or administrators! This may not be important for all children, but it might be life-saving for some!
