The Virginia Assisted Living Association and its members have worked with very closely with the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services and other key stakeholders in the assisted living industry to improve the Alzheimer's Assisted Living Waiver program. We support the proposed changes that are the result of a collaborative effort among stakeholders, and we strongly believe this action will allow for more of Virginia's citizens to benefit from this program.
