I agree 100% with the criticism of the way Virginia is using the SIS posted by Humphreys from Fairhaven what he lays out is clear and convincing proof that we should not accept what could be made permanent by these regulations. I also agree with his other posts and support those recommendations as well. The State should have to be more honest about this-----The Emperor has no clothes!
