As a parent of a 19 year old special needs child, I appreciate the redesigned waiver, however, the waitlist for the DD waiver is incredibly discouraging.  The timelines suggested only rise hopes that lead to disappointment.

I agree fully with the comments of the Virginia Ability Alliance.
