Regarding CPSS and VAPSS concerns about representation on the DPOR committee

It is the understanding of VAPSS that Trapper and Brooke ARE two soils professionals on a committee of 11. HOWEVER...please note that Trapper and Brooke have a narrow track to work in as their task was delegated by legislation, and is also managed by DPOR staff. However, VAPSS has spoken with the CPSS Board members..and it is our understand that NO ONE on the CPSS Board was contacted for the drafting of the Onsite proposal. So why is it that committee selected for the drafting of these proposed regulations repeatedly states that steakholders WERE contacted?  Please provide the name of the person contacted on the CPSS Board!

And why is that VDH has such a large voice in the creation of these regulations?  Where is the equality to all steakholders...just sit back for a moment and look at the makeup of the Board for the development of these regs (you see NUMBEROUS CURRENT or X-VDH people?)...We do!
