This does NOTHING for women. STOP TRYING TO REGULATE WOMEN'S CHOICES. I find in incredibly ironic that Virginia has BLOCKED the medicaid option for the Affordable Care Act, ensuring that many people will die because they cannot afford healthcare, yet women's CHOICES are being minutely legislated to death.
