I am totally against lowering health and safety standards for abortion centers. I believe life begins at conception, but even if I didn't believe that, I'd be against what you are proposing to do. Because lowering these standards, puts the pregnant woman at risk as well. I believe ALL life is precious and should be protected....even a young woman who feels she has no other option than to abort. Her life is important....please do not pass these proposed amendmants. .
