Thank you very much for reconsidering the medically-unnecessary rules on the women's health care clinics in Virginia. I am glad to see and applaud you for reconsidering your previous decision not to grandfather in these clinics as was done with hospitals in the past. I am also glad that you seem to be removing politics from your decisions, and replacing it with sound medical knowledge. NOW fights for women's rights, and I am glad you are considering our rights and needs to keep these clinics open. Putting these unnecessary burdens on clinics also puts many added burdens on poor women who depend on these clinics for all their health needs. Where do they go if these clinics close down because of rules that require such things as wide hallways? I thank you for this decision to reconsider and hope you will consider all women when you make your final decision.
