Board of Health,

Women are precious. Please state why the Board of Virginia Health would want to lower the standards for the facilities providing abortions. If some facilities dont meet the more stringent standards and have to be closed, at least the open clinics will provide a safe place for women who choose abortion. I am against abortions, but some women did not share my opinion. Carrie Freeman
