Unless and until you are wiling to make the same requirements for clinics that do colonoscopies, that do minor surgery such as stitching up cuts, that do other slightly invasive procedures--unless you make the same requirements for all of those practices that you do for those that do abortions, you are being both unfair and disingenious in stating that you are worried about medical safety.

In fact, you are worried about nothing more than imposing your own religious beliefs on others.  Last I read, that was what terriorists wanted to do.  Do you want to keep company with terrorists?  If not, do not enforce the regulations on women's health care facilties.

Incidentally--the fact that these regualations apply only to facilities that care for women also seems rather Talabin like...
