To propose changes in what constitutes acceptable voter id at this late date just 100 days before mid-term elections is unacceptable. Introducing more changes to acceptable voter id now is just adding to the confusion voters already have. And confusions means low voter turnout. (Is that the intent?) Our democracy is failing because of poor voter turnout and you want to promote policies that only exacerbate the problem. Unacceptable and outrageous!
