VALID PHOTO ID

I strongly suport the requirement of a VALID PHOTO ID when voting. This requirement is not disenfranchising any group who wishes to vote in Virginia.  There are other forms of phto ID, such as a Passport, a retired military ID (no expiration), or State issued ID for those who do not drive.  No one seems to complain about having to show a valid photo ID when boarding an airplane, opening a checking account, cashing a check; and no one would consider trying to travel internationally on an expired Passport.  For the PRIVILEGE of voting, a valid photo ID should be mandatory.
