Despite claims of voter fraud, these types of legislative manures are nothing but moves to disenfranchise the young, elderly and poor.  This country was founded on one person, one vote.  The ethics and morals of majority in our republican members of our state legislature are appalling.  They could not win on their own ideology so they have to resort to lessening vote totals.
