There was no need to change the acceptable voter ID in the first place.  As has been stated many times, this is a solution looking for a problem.  There is no doubt in anyone's mind that this is all a political ploy to restrict voter participation. Shame!  Now Sen Obenshain insists that the photo ID can not have expired?!  What difference does that make in determining whether or not the voter is who they say they are?!  Now, we are close to Election Day, and there still has not been the kind of publicity needed to inform eligible voters about the kind of ID that is acceptable. To change the definition of valid at this point in the process is yet another travesty of justice.
