Only state issued photo id is valid. A drivers license, the equivalent id issued to non-drivers or id issued by the election office is valid id. Must have a photo and not expired. That is the only way to be almost a100% sure of a valid identification by an ellection officer. The regs to issue such an id must be sufficient to establish idenity.
