The wording in this amendment is too vague to be enacted successfully and meaningfully. This should be handled at the county or district level, not the state level. And - parents need to trust teachers to do their job and make appropriate selections in reading materials based on curriuclum and classes. Students encounter far more "sensitive" issues and topics in the halls, on TV, in movies/video games, etc where they are often not coddled through the processing of this material. Let us do what we were hired to do!
