Ambiguous

The problem with this new law is the wording.  What is considered "sensative"?  The Holocost is a sensative topic.  All of Shakespear's works contain violence, sexual scenes, etc.  The Scarlet Letter is a sensative topic.  All of this will need to be thought about.  Perhaps if the wording was changed.  But also, to censor so much (especially from upper, college level classes such as AP and IB) will not prepare students for the uncensored world we live in.  As soon as they leave for the afternoon sex and violence are pushed on them.  Wouldn't it be better for them to see it in the safe, structured, lesson plan than just on youtube, hbo, and any ad in the newspaper?
