Protect families, but not this vague amendment

Please protect family values and teachers by rejecting the current wording of the amendment.
We can preserve current safeguards without resorting to suspicion reminiscent of witch hunts.

How is a topic or book “potentially” explicit or sensitive?  How do you define sensitive?  Will teachers be dismissed because a phrase is NOT sensitive or sexually explicit, but because someone claims that it could be “potentially” taken that way?  Will all puns, metaphors and minor innuendos become a criminal offense?

Bad cases make bad laws. Do not permit obscure, individual controversies - where people of good will differ – to become confusing and oppressing laws. This amendment is not necessary, and it will only create more confusion and conflicting regulations.  Table it for now.
