I urge you to support the creation of regulations to address the parental notification and use of sensitive, sexually-explicit material in the classroom.  There is no excuse for any student to be exposed to sexually-explicit material, especially with no prior warning or preparation.  Why would this content be needed to acheive the educations goals for our students???
