This will be a nightmare to regulate. There are varying degrees of tolerance among parents, and the vague language will set up schools and teachers to possible legal challenges. Also, there is already a process for material that a parent finds questionable in place, With this regulations you are putting all the burden on the schools. This needs to be rejected.
