Pandora's box

This legislation would open a door to more problems that could possibly listed in a single comment. The most pressing is whose definition of "potentially sensative material" would we be using? Anything could be potentially sensative - discussions of bullying, eating disorders, health and nutrition, fashion - anything and everything can be "potentially sensitive" to any given person. At some point the educational system has to stop sugar coating life and pampering and enabling children and prepare them for life in the real world. In today's society it seems that everything offends someone.
