I am deeply ashamed that this is happening in our country.  As every women who has given birth and man who has witnessed the miracle of life being brought forth from her body: common sense, human decency and basic dignity would tell you this practice in unwarranted, potentially harmful and deeply offensive.  The great state of Virgina can do better and its citizens deserve basic human rights, even if they have made mistakes.  Stop shackling of Pregnancy Incarcerated Women.  Thank you.
