How dare you even consider shackling women when they are in labor. Having had 3 children myself, I can tell you that a woman in labor is not a flight risk of any kind. Her body and mind are solely focused on giving birth and nothing else. Have the decency to allow a laboring woman to maintain her human dignity; do not restrain her in anyway!!!
