Please Virginia let us no longer restrain women in labor - this is an inhumane act that is long past its time to live. We need to allow women to give birth in as natural and easy state as possible. Even prisoners have rights and I don't think any woman in labor has the ability to run away! Please do away with this ancient and horrible rules. Thank you
